The Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade issued a decree amending the fine for an industrialist who is not obligated to present his industrial record.
And according to the decision that SANA obtained a copy of, the fine contained in Article 37 of the provisions of foreign trade has become 100 thousand Syrian pounds instead of 50 thousand pounds, in the event that the industrialist does not comply with the undertaking that is organized in the directorates of economy and foreign trade by showing the industrial record.
According to this decision, the foreign trade provisions are judicially amended in accordance with this decision, considering it effective from the date of its issuance.
