Health: psycho-social risks become the 2nd cause of sick leave behind Covid

Despite the deconfinement, the increase in August was still 7.7% compared to the same period last year.

At the height of the crisis, Covid had become the first reason for stopping: it was the cause of 26% of stoppages in April for confirmed or suspected cases of Covid, contact persons, and people at risk, according to the report. Malakoff Humanis barometer published this Thursday and of which Le Figaro obtained the results.

In June, the Covid still concerned 19% of stops.

Psycho-social risks (PSR) thus became the second reason for stopping over the period, exceeding for the first time musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs): they were responsible for 14% of sick leaves in May, against 9%
