The latter is, from corroborating sources, convened again this Friday at the end of the afternoon.
This time it is not the Suez file that is on the agenda, but the appointment of the new director general.

Catherine MacGregor, 48, currently at TechnipFMC and former at Schlumberger, will most certainly be chosen.
She is the big favorite to replace Isabelle Kocher, who had been disembarked at the beginning of the year, in stormy circumstances and despite her wish to make a new mandate.
Four then two candidates
Laurent Guillot, Deputy CEO of Saint-Gobain, is the other finalist in the recruitment process.
Gwenaëlle Avice-Huet, Deputy Managing Director of Engie, and Catherine Guillouard, CEO of RATP, were also auditioned in early September.
Since the end of February, the interim general management of Engie has been provided by a triumvirate led by Claire Waysand.
But this temporary situation, at the head of a group that has gone through too many governance crises in recent years, has already lasted too long.
Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, the president of Engie, had to respect his commitment to choose a new managing director before the end of September - a date barely exceeded, due to mobilization on the Suez file - for taking up his post before the end of the year.
