Fiducial is now aiming for first place in the private security market in France.
Since the 1970s, the company has provided a multitude of business services: legal advice, accounting expertise, office supplies, real estate advice and security services.
It has just completed its offer in the latter field with the acquisition of the activities of the Spanish Prosegur in France, for an undisclosed amount.
The two entities together generate a turnover of 377 million euros and employ 9,500 people.
They have 43 local branches in the territory.
Thanks to this acquisition, Fiducial claims second place in the French private security market, behind Securitas, and leadership in the security segment of defense industries and sites of vital importance.
Fiducial ensures, for example, the security of barracks or nuclear power stations.
The company is aiming for first place in 2021.
