Darty franchisees believe that their franchisor, the Fnac-Darty group, has made it even more difficult for them.
So much so that 143 of them, or 85% of the franchisees of the household appliance brand, have taken legal action against the group.
The first hearing took place Thursday at the Paris Commercial Court.
These franchisees accuse Fnac-Darty of having hampered their sales during the confinement.
They claim for this 12.7 million euros in damages.
