2020-10-14T06:09:47.017Z

Thanks to time-sharing work, Stéphanie Tison can exercise her profession of financial director in the service of SMEs while developing her

“This morning I went to the meadows to see the horses.

And in the afternoon, in general, I telecommute when I am not traveling.

»Welcome to the daily life of Stéphanie Tison, based near Chaumont-en-Vexin, in Oise.

This quadra, mother of two little girls, launched a new phase of her career last January.

She now divides her days between family, horse breeding and time-sharing financial director activity.

Until now, part-time contracts, temporary work, and even wage portage were known.

This original form of work organization allows the self-employed to offer their services to several companies simultaneously for administrative functions that are usually salaried.

Useful for small companies

More flexible, it is useful for missions that do not justify hiring, or help companies too small to recruit but lacking specialists in areas such as finance and taxation mastered by this graduate of Paris-Dauphine University. .

This mode of operation did not exist when she left for New York, at the age of 23, to look for work, knocking with gall on the doors of companies.

“I ended up being hired in the subsidiary of a French group which sold specialized software to firms on Wall Street.

It was very exciting, ”she recalls.

She will live the American dream for seven years before returning to France in the same group, which she ended up leaving in 2017. “I was pregnant with my second child.

It was an opportunity to ask myself and take stock, says the mother.

But at no time did I have the idea of giving up my job as CFO.

"

So she took a break and immersed herself in the horse breeding that she had been practicing for a few years for leisure with her husband, himself a rider.

Stéphanie gets caught up in the game: from a single mare, in three years she has grown to 25 horses.

A network of outsourced executives

"The questions of genetic crossings and the improvement of sporting faculties fascinate me", explains the one who breeds equines intended for show jumping.

The interlude does not distract her from her desire to resume her old activity… without giving up the new one.

“At first, I started out with the idea of taking a salaried job, but I came up against the reality of the job market,” explains the breeder.

It's hard to find an employer willing to give confidence to a woman with two children and in charge of a farm to be financial director four days a week, working from home if possible ...

A sum of handicaps that turn into an opportunity for the self-employed when she discovers the notion of timeshare.

"I came across a network of outsourced executives, in various fields, who provide support to sell well to companies and support each other," says Stéphanie, a little anxious at the time to embark on this adventure with all of her responsibilities .

Despite the Covid context which does not make her job easier, she was able to find clients and missions.

She can now organize herself and flourish in the two activities that interest her.
