First an absolute rule, do not compromise with the health of employees in the implementation of working conditions for the continuation of the activity.
Then pay attention to work groups: behind the legitimate weariness and anxiety of reliving the spring situation, the question of the divide between those who are eligible for telework and the others will arise even more acutely.
