To govern is to foresee.

Companies did not wait for the speculations of the last few days to put themselves in battle order in anticipation of a re-containment.

Many say they are ready to face the wave like Delville Management, a Paris-based interim management firm which employs around 30 people.

"We are ready to redeploy ourselves 100% at a distance as soon as possible

," explains its founding president, Patrick Abadie.

We are all the more serene as everyone has had the time to take their marks and adapt during the first wave. ”

In the meantime, the rules within the company have not changed since the deconfinement.

Since May, out of prudence and to avoid too much promiscuity in the premises, Delville Management employees have registered online to indicate their presence in the office two days a week.

The other three days, they are telecommuting.
