Air France “KLM” recorded losses of 1.6 billion euros in the third quarter of this year due to poor traffic.
"The losses of Air France reached 1.6 billion euros in the third quarter, with traffic amounting to only 40 percent from last year, with new losses expected at the end of this year," said a statement by KLM, which was reported by the French newspaper La Provence today.
The group, which granted a total of 10.4 billion euros in direct loans guaranteed by France and the Netherlands, also expected the fourth quarter to be harsh due to the new restrictions imposed by France on trading.
It is noteworthy that "KLM" is a European holding company that operates in accordance with French law and is headquartered at Charles de Gaulle Airport.
