The Government approved this Saturday the agreement that establishes
the 7% increase
in the salaries of all permanent and non-permanent personnel,
as of October 1
and opens the call to
rediscuss salaries in December.
In addition to the salary increase, they updated the values equivalent to the "Compensation for Travel Expenses", the "Reimbursement for Meal Expenses", the "Compensation for Fixed Mobility Expenses", the "Monthly Reimbursement for Nursery or Nursery Expenses" and the "Additional for Provision of Services in Antarctica".
The signature of the agreement was published by Decree 837/2020 in the Official Gazette, signed by the Chief of Staff, Santiago Cafiero, and the Minister of Labor, Claudio Moroni.
A month ago, in the middle of the negotiations, the state companies - which in addition to the increase in January and February had only received a non-remunerative bonus of $ 4,000 for salaries below $ 60,000 - rejected the initial offer from the Government of 15%. in 4 installments (4% in October, 3% in December and 7% the following year).

In addition, the agreement calls for a new hearing of the Negotiating Commission for the month of December.
This salary increase does not include political officials (higher authorities and extra-scale positions).
Now, it has moved to a midterm until December, and during this period the technical tables will continue to work to analyze working conditions both remotely and in person.
