Shlomo Ben Haim, a resident of Givat Shmuel, was arrested yesterday (November 30) on suspicion of smuggling a Kamagra gel preparation (for the treatment of impotence) suspected of being dangerous to the public, while making a false statement to customs and evading tax.
The Honorable Justice Zohar Divon Segal, of the Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion, extended the suspect's detention until Wednesday (02.12).

Kamagra gel
Ben Haim, a lawyer by profession, was arrested following a joint investigation by the Tel Aviv Customs and VAT Investigation Department and the Ashdod Center and Customs. Kamagra type, in contrast to the suspect's statement that the container contains only flip-flops. The value of the smuggled gel is about NIS 8 million.
An inspection with the Enforcement Division of the Ministry of Health shows that Kamagra is defined as a dangerous drug for public health.
As stated, Judge Zohar Divon Segal of the Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion extended the suspect's detention until December 2, 2020, and rejected the request for a ban on publishing the affair.
Instead, it ordered a delay in the publication of the affair until today (1.12).
