A trade union representative of Visual, a tourist transport company belonging to the Transdev group, denounces the multiplication of social plans in the group's subsidiaries at the Roissy airport hub, which is akin to
"a Group PSE"
rather than several small restructurings .

"It is a bunch of PSE (plans to safeguard employment, editor's note) which is bursting," said
Jérôme Lafon, Unsa union representative at Visual.
On October 21, management announced the total closure of its company, which hires 63 employees.
Just before Christmas, a job protection plan (PSE) was presented to the employees of Flybus, also belonging to the Transdev group and specializing in the transport of airport passengers.
It provides for the elimination of 22 jobs out of 96. Two other subsidiaries are affected by social plans: Aeropass and TSF (private driver company).
"The branch managers say that they decide entirely on the PSE while everything is synchronized, we can see that it is a group organization

"All this to tell us that the resources for employees will only be at the level of each subsidiary," he
adds.
Jérôme Lafon denounces the refusal of the management of Visual to negotiate a long-term partial activity agreement (APLD) in order to avoid the dismissal of all employees.

Transdev is indeed 66% owned by the Caisse des Dépôts,

At the end of November, the departure of 14 out of 17 employees was announced at TSF, with a first meeting to discuss it on December 21.
"We are on the same dates, the same system, in fact it is a copy and paste of social plans"

"The sharp drop in activity in 2020 - which can reach up to 90% - does not allow us to envisage an imminent resumption"
