The Turkish economy is currently going through extremely complex conditions, as if it fell in a minefield that is difficult to bypass, waiting for the detonation of lightning strikes that were planted by the head of the regime, Recep Erdogan, which constituted unprecedented pressure on the Turkish lira and led to an increase in inflation rates and the spread of unemployment.

Those responsible for the Turkish economy are racing against time and over the past months to face the repercussions of Erdogan's absurd internal and external policies, which led to burdens that burdened this economy and sent it on a downward path that reached record levels not seen before.

The British newspaper "Financial Times" revealed in a report yesterday that unemployment rates among Turkish youth have increased dramatically in the recent period, especially after the increase in the outbreak of the Coronavirus epidemic, reaching 24 percent in a country with a population of about 83 million people, which made them lose hope in the future. Their country has turned it into an uncertain future fraught with risks due to Erdogan's expansionist policies, which have led to the impoverishment of his people, the collapse of the Turkish lira, and the worry of investors.

Yunus Asyik, assistant professor of economics at Top University in Ankara, explained that the number of people actively searching for a job is rising amid the exodus of people from the workforce, and the number of residents who do not belong to the workforce reached 31.1 million at the end of last year, which represents an increase from what it was before. A year up to 3 million people.

The Government Statistics Institute and the Turkish Employment Agency indicated in their latest report that the number of young people looking for work between the ages of 15 and 34 years increased from 454 thousand in 2019 to 541 thousand last year, in addition to the rise in inflation rates by 14 percent and the trade deficit reaching 49.91 percent. Last year, or $ 5.33 billion, according to the general trade system.

The Turkish Trade Union Confederation confirmed that Erdogan's policies and the Coronavirus have contributed to aggravating the economic scene, as the total number of unemployed people who lost their jobs exceeded 10 million people in the past year.

Observers believe that the accumulation of failure of Erdogan's domestic and foreign policies on the political and economic levels over the years has negatively affected his country's economy, searching for a lifeline, while those close to him jump from his sinking boat to escape from the evil of his epidemic.
