Good news if, because of the coronavirus epidemic and the cancellation of their vacations, some find themselves with unused and expired vacation vouchers on their hands.
From January 15, it will be possible to exchange them, for a sum of 10 euros, for brand new checks.
On its new site, which will allow this exchange to be carried out (leguide.ancv.com) within three days, the National Agency for Chèques-Vacances (ANCV), which indicates that it is addressing 4.62 million beneficiaries , reminds that Holiday Vouchers, e-Holiday Vouchers and Sports Coupons issued in 2018 expire on December 31, 2020 ”.
Sent within a month
It is therefore the latter who are concerned, for an exchange from Friday.
Certain conditions must be respected, reports France Bleu.
First, their total amount must not be less than 30 euros and this exchange will cost the applicant a sum of 10 euros, which will be deducted from the amount of future checks received.
After making his request on the site, the owner of the expired checks will be asked to send them, while keeping their stub, in case they get lost during sending.
The ANCV then sends new ones by registered mail, within one month.
Thus allowing disappointed vacationers to fully enjoy their vacation, if however the epidemic does not invite itself once again in their plans.
The national agency is also relying on “connect” holiday vouchers, in digital format.
Also valid for two years, these, which work with a mobile application and allow you to pay sums to the nearest cent, can be exchanged online, in the same way, once they have expired.
