"The Black Swan" got rid of Bitcoin: "This is a failure, at least for now"
Nassim Taleb, author of the best-selling "Black Swan," announced in a Twitter tweet that he had gotten rid of the currency, due to much volatility in its price.
Last week, economics professor Nuriel Rovini also launched an attack on Bitcoin, claiming that "its value is zero."

Until recently, Taleb expressed strong support for cryptocurrencies, but he said the high volatility in the price of bitcoin caused him to change his mind.

"A currency should not be more volatile than what you buy or sell with it. You can't price products on Bitcoin. In that sense, it's a failure (at least for now)."
Taleb is not the first expert to warn in recent days about the volatility of bitcoin.
Last Thursday, economics professor Nuriel Rovini also went on the offensive against the virtual currency and in an article to the Financial Times claimed: "The value of Bitcoin is zero. This bubble will end in another crisis."
