Banco Ciudad and Banco Nación relaunched their lines of financing to buy bicycles and motorcycles, respectively, with subsidized rates.
The Buenos Aires entity recently expanded its line and increased the term for the purchase of bicycles to 36 interest-free installments.
The benefit of the 36 installments applies to purchases with the City's Visa and Mastercard credit cards in bicycle shops attached to the City of Buenos Aires, effective
from February 15 to March 31
inclusive.
In addition to bicycles, the promotion allows the purchase of accessories, such as the safety kit: helmet, bell and lights, among others, for a
total maximum amount of up to $ 50,000
for a period of 3 years;
or up to the card purchase limit for the 12 and 24 month terms.
Banco Ciudad relaunched its program to purchase bicycles, with a term of up to 36 installments.
The bank reported that with the previous promotions it already gave loans for the acquisition of about 70,000 new bicycles.
For the rest of the cities where Banco Ciudad has a presence -province of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Río Cuarto, Mendoza, Tucumán and Salta-, the financing allows purchases in up to 24 installments in the bicycle shops attached to these locations.
Motorcycles
In addition to the promotion for purchases in bicycle shops, City cards provide benefits such as: up to 36 installments in motorcycle sales shops.
For its part, Banco Nación (BNA) launched the third stage of the Mi Moto Program, with new credits for the purchase of nationally manufactured motorcycles.
There will be a new quota to request credits
in 48 installments and at a discounted rate.
Once the credit is pre-approved, the client will have 7 calendar days to reserve the motorcycle in the BNA Store, a platform developed by the entity.
This line of financing for motorcycles is a joint project between the BNA and the Ministry of Productive Development, which provided a bonus of 10 percentage points per year from the current interest rate.

The maximum amount to be financed per user is

, for a single term of 48 months, French amortization system, and reaches all users, clients or non-clients of the entity.
This amount does not include additional costs and expenses ancillary to the operation (Patenting, Freight, Sealing, etc.).
How to get credit
As in the first edition, the management of the line begins through the Banco Nación website, where the customer will be prequalified, then they can reserve the motorcycle through the link provided in the email, which will allow access to the BNA Store.
After booking, you must formalize the loan application in person at the branch (only those who have pre-approved credit attend).
Finally, the commercialization of the units will be carried out through the network of dealers throughout the country that adhere to the program.
Regarding the
interest rate
, for those who collect their assets through the BNA, it will be 28.5% while for the rest of the users it will be 37.5%.
A motorcycle of $ 150,000 would pay an initial of $ 6,019.30
in the case of a client who receives his assets in the BNA and for the rest of the clients the initial fee amounts to $ 7,059.21.
