Medium-sized towns: Quimper dethrones Bayonne
The double face - close to the sea while being in the countryside - of the capital of Cornouaille appeals to families and generates sometimes atypical requests from buyers.
Brittany is definitely the ideal region for families.
Last year, Quimper and Vannes were on the podium of our list of medium-sized towns.
This year, only one is in one of the first three places, but it is the most prestigious.
And it is Quimper (2nd last year) which occupies it, dethroning Bayonne, now 2nd.
This city of 65,000 inhabitants even allows itself the luxury of obtaining a better mark than its neighbor from Rennes
