Announced in December by Alexandre Bompard, CEO of the group, this massive recruitment plan is currently taking shape at high speed. In 2021, the distributor will recruit 15,000 young people under 30 years old for work-study contracts, and under 26 years for permanent contracts.
Carrefour is committed to ensuring that half of these new recruits come from disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Carrefour goes on the offensive
Usually, the company recruits around 10,000 young people per year.
But the pandemic has turned into the unusual.
