" to help those most affected economically, socially and psychologically by the consequences of the health crisis.

the psychological situation of young people. and older people linked to restrictive measures

It's very hard economically, socially, psychologically, especially in confined areas at weekends and therefore (...) all these measures must be accompanied by an empathetic discourse but also concrete actions to take charge of the situations,
”he continued.
