To succeed Arne Sorenson, who died ten days ago, at 62, from pancreatic cancer, the American giant Marriott International has decided to propel Tony Capuano, a veteran house, as general manager.
The latter is also joining the board of the group with prestigious brands, ranging from the Ritz-Carlton to the St. Regis, including W Hotels, JW Marriott, Westin, Le Méridien, Moxy and Sheraton.

The 55-year-old stalwart for a quarter of a century has established himself at the head of the development, design and operations services group on a global level.
