A train was stuck last night near Gare de Lyon with hundreds of passengers on board.
France Bleu Paris specifies that it is an electrical failure due to a break in the catenary.
The incident happened around 7.15 p.m. and caused a whole series of delays around Gare de Lyon, mainly on the RER D.

Some passengers, tired of waiting, confined in the wagons, preferred to reach the Gare de Lyon on foot.
The station was actually only 1 km away, but this decision by a few passengers further delayed the resumption of traffic.
A resumption of traffic around 11 p.m. only
For at least 300 people, we had to wait around 11 p.m. to set off again, the last RER blocked in Créteil not having resumed service until 10:40 p.m. and at reduced speed.
On social networks, the discontent was not long in coming.
Travelers complain that they waited 45 minutes before receiving information and this information, predicting a resumption of traffic around 9:30 p.m., turned out to be false.
Unfortunately, incidents on this line are not uncommon.
And for proof: problems are still reported this morning by users on twitter.
