The Israel Electric Company is currently implementing a comprehensive process of corona testing (RT-PCR) for its employees, which will be carried out at the company's sites throughout the country.
Following the tender process, the IEC chose the LAB2DOOR service to perform the tests of its employees at the various sites.
LAB2DOOR was founded in 2020 and specializes in performing corona tests (PCR and serologies) in customers' homes, as well as in the offices of companies, businesses and organizations of all sizes and types throughout the country.
The service is recognized by the Ministry of Health and has received all approvals for nationwide operation.
Under the terms of the tender, LAB2DOOR will perform up to 1,500 corona tests per month for employees with critical positions in the IEC or employees who are suspected of being exposed to corona patients.
The company's employees who are verified patients who have recovered according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, but according to the IEC's policy, are also required to perform an examination and receive a negative answer.

Maintaining privacy
The tests will be performed at IEC sites around the country.
LAB2DOOR will be responsible for the entire testing process, from taking the samples at IEC sites, through performing the tests in a laboratory approved by the Ministry of Health to delivering the results.
The results will be delivered within nine hours from the date of sampling or up to 20 hours - depending on the urgency of each test.
The IEC has set strict conditions regarding information security and privacy.
All test data and results will be stored in a safe folder and all data communication between LAB2DOOR and the Electric Company and the Ministry of Health will be done in encrypted messages.
