TUI France's project provides for 573 job cuts and 26 changes to employment contracts, which could lead to 599 redundancies for economic reasons and / or voluntary departures.

It also provides for the closure of the 65 branches of the integrated distribution network, intended to become simple points of sale or to be transferred to third-party networks, as well as the regrouping of employees on a single site.

The CSE had refused to issue an opinion on the PSE.
