The railway manufacturer Alstom has filed a new appeal against the procedure for awarding the contract for the supply of the new RER B, said RATP CEO Catherine Guillouard on Friday.

Bombardier Transportation and CAF won the contract
A consortium associating Bombardier Transport and Spain's CAF won the € 2.56 billion contract against Alstom on January 13, but the French group multiplied its appeals, then withdrew Bombardier's offer after taking over the contract. company, January 29.
RATP and SNCF consider this offer to be unconditional.
The two public groups therefore signed the contract, calling on the new owner of Bombardier to execute it.
Alstom has since gone to two meetings to discuss the project, on February 10 and March 4, but has not made a commitment to honor the contract.

Ile-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) - which finances the trains, and has placed orders for 19 billion euros with Alstom and Bombardier - has also threatened to take legal action.
