To the increases that were already materialized in March, the
adjustments that arrive with the fourth month of the year
will now be added
.
The strong rises do not stop putting pressure on skinny pockets and add stress to inflation, and it will push more towards the goal of 29% set by Martín Guzmán.
The strong inflationary jump that began in October will leave a quarter with an accumulated rise of 12%.
The increase in fuel, the possible increase in rates, the increase in subway tickets and taxi rates, the unfreezing of the value of rents and the imminent rise in expenses, added to the last adjustment by parity that employees will receive of domestic service and those in charge of buildings, tighten more the slowdown that the Government seeks.

Transportation in the City
After the rise in March, the passage of the subway and premetro will rise again - as planned - from April 18.
Subway: traveling on any of the six lines will go from $ 25.50 to $ 30, while the Premetro will go from $ 9.10 to $ 10.70 in April.
The total increase will be 43%
but the bonus scheme for frequent travelers with SUBE and Monedero cards is maintained.
In these cases, the automatic discounts of 20%, 30% and 40% will be maintained
for passengers who make more than 20, 30 or 40 trips per month, respectively.
Taxis
The flag drop will be at $ 85.70 in April.
The day token, which falls every 200 meters or one minute of waiting, will increase to $ 8.57 this month and the night token, which is charged between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., will cost $ 10.28.
The total increase in taximeters will be 44%.
Gasoline
With regard to fuels, two new increases are expected.
One in April and the other in May.
In March, oil companies increased by 7% on average (it reached 7.9% in CABA and 6.5% in NOA), and it is expected that the new increases will complete 15%, according to what was announced by YPF .
The increase applied in the City of Buenos Aires, the fifth so far this year,
left the current prices in the pumps of the Buenos Aires service stations at $ 80.50 for a liter of super gasoline,
and $ 92.90 for the liter of premium gasoline.
At $ 75.70 for diesel, and $ 89.30 for premium diesel.
Once the tranche of increases planned for April and May is completed, the price of a liter of
premium gasoline would reach $ 100.
Domestic service
In the last joint venture, closed in mid-November last year, domestic workers agreed to a 28% increase, divided into three tranches: the first two installments were 10% in December and 8% in February.
The next increase will arrive this month and will be 10%, which will complete the total agreed increase.
In the case of staff for general tasks, the hour with retirement will remain at $ 171 from April and the monthly salary for staff without a bed will have a minimum value of $ 20,987.
Without retirement, the hour will go up to $ 183.50, and the monthly salary will exceed $ 23,300.
Expenses
The building managers closed jointly and
in April they will receive a salary adjustment,
which will impact the value of the expenses.
The union closed a parity of 32% and in April they will receive the first installment of 7%.
According to industry benchmarks,
the improvement in managers' salaries will translate into an increase of around 5% and 7% in expenses
, since the pocket adjustment is added to the employer burdens that the consortiums must pay.
Rentals
Yesterday the decree freezing rents expired.
Tenants will have to pay the difference between the adjustment that was foreseen - according to each contract - and what was
not applied during the last 12 months
.
This difference can be paid in up to 12 monthly installments.
ATM machines
From April, banks will charge again for the use of ATMs that belong to a network or entity different from the one that issued the debit card.
In this way,
it will return to the prepandemic mode
.
How much do you have to pay to withdraw cash from an ATM from a network other than your own (Banelco or Red Link)?
The value depends on each entity.
For example, the Nation charges $ 142.78, the Province, $ 49 and City, $ 82.48.
BBVA, $ 72.60, Santander, $ 93.21;
Galicia, $ 95;
HCBC, $ 113.28;
ICBC, $ 78.55;
Itaú, $ 73.41;
Comafi, $ 93.17;
Credicoop, $ 61.71;
Macro, $ 108.90;
Supervielle, $ 71.01;
among others.
Light
The companies that are part of the generation and distribution of gas and electricity are in the process of public hearings to define a transition rate scheme, after last year's freeze.
The rates of public energy services will have the first increase of the presidency of Alberto Fernández towards the end of April or the beginning of May.
In March, the first public hearings were held on the increase in rates for gas and electricity (in this case, only for the AMBA).
But the transition rates for both services have not yet been defined, which could begin to apply at the end of this month and are estimated between 7% and 9%.
Meanwhile, for electricity services in the province of Buenos Aires - which does not include Edenor and Edesur users - last week, Governor Axel Kicillof announced a 7% increase.
