The government is staging its will to lead to the reform of EDF, capital for the development of the national champion of electricity.
The Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, who took the file in hand, will receive face-to-face, from Wednesday, the national officials of the CGT, CFE-CGC, CFDT and FO.
The latter form a united front against the reorganization project, called Hercules.
"All proposals, all constructive ideas are welcome,"
Bruno Le Maire said Thursday.
The Minister is seeking the consent of the organizations on the reorganization of EDF into two poles.
A parent company, EDF SA, which will be 100% nationalized to accommodate nuclear power and hydraulics.
A subsidiary, EDF New Energy and Network (EDF EN&R), which will bring together renewable energies, retail and Enedis, the manager of local electricity networks.
Behind the scenes an equally crucial part takes place between Paris and Brussels.
