A better but still problems to be solved.
Boeing is approaching the start of 2021 with the hope of finally settling all the problems of the 737 Max.
The American giant is putting the finishing touches, in consultation with the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), to the resolution of the electrical problems which have appeared in the cockpit of certain Max.
This led to 16 airlines grounding 106 Max to the ground when they had just returned to service.

But overall, the situation is gradually improving.
Since the agreement given to the resumption of flights of the 737 Max by the FAA at the end of 2020, Boeing has delivered more than 85 copies of this aircraft, including 58 in the first quarter of 2021.
To date, 21 airlines have returned it to service.
This small fleet has made more than 26,000 commercial flights and totaled more than 58,500 flight hours.
Now 165 countries have reopened their airspace to the 737 Max.
The crucial green light from China remains to be obtained.
