At the end of the month, comes the third online auction of properties without heirs and in pesos that the City usually carries out
, a renewed opportunity to buy a home in local currency

The basic prices of the auction, which have been carried out on behalf of the General Directorate of Property Administration of the GCBA and in a totally digital way for a year, start this time

As usual, the funds obtained by the City for locating these homes are used for improvements in the area of education, as established by Law 52 of the CABA Legislature.

The subscription can be made up to 48 business hours prior to the auction date with the obligation to make
a guarantee deposit of 3% of the base value of the property
to be purchased (amount that will be returned in case of not bidding or that the bid not a winner).
With these requirements,
the participant is entitled to participate in the auction.
The conditions of sale for the lots is cash payment, with a 10% deposit, and 3% commission plus VAT.
The balance of 40% will be constituted at the signing of the purchase-sale ticket, and the remaining 50% at the signing of the deed.
