There are only 2 days left for latecomers: on June 30, it will no longer be possible to transfer their Individual Training Rights (DIF) to their Personal Training Account (CPF).
As the deadline approaches, the labor ministry says it registers 10,000 transfer requests per day.

The DIF which was counted in hours was replaced in 2015 by the CPF which is now in euros.
Since the start of the transition to this new system, 6.33 million transfers have been recorded, for an average value of 1,264 euros per account.
Another two million people have not yet taken the steps to claim their rights.
The Ministry's recent communication and awareness campaign has, however, increased registrations in recent days.
