To help them get started, Initiative France launched the “Live my life as an entrepreneur” program.
It is about offering women who are developing a project to spend a day with a business leader.
"The idea is a very direct dialogue, that they can ask the questions face to face, show them that it is possible and that there is a whole benevolent network to support them and open doors for them. »

The program, tested in the Grand Est region, is in the process of being generalized in the rest of France.
Within a year, Initiative France hopes to have formed 1000 duets.
