For the first time since 2019, Boeing has made money in a quarter.
Between April and June 2021, it finally came out of the red, posting a net profit of $ 587 million, against a loss of $ 2.4 billion a year earlier.
Over the half-year, the net profit is symbolic, ie 6 dollars, against a loss of more than 3 billion in the first half of 2020. Thanks to the resumption of deliveries of the Max and the good performance of the defense activity, the figure of Half-year business grew 12% to 32.2 billion.
