The director of companies in the ministry, Elham Shehadeh, explained in a statement to SANA that all necessary measures have been taken to launch the service of granting commercial records within the citizen service centers in the governorates, indicating in the same context that the directorates of internal trade and consumer protection are authorized to grant approvals for the establishment of limited liability companies and one-person limited liability companies. and follow up its procedures.
Shehadeh indicated that the Companies Directorate has built a common database “the Commercial Data Bank system” that includes archiving and automating companies’ data and commercial records, and aims to link the Companies Directorate with the
central
administration
of the ministry and its departments and the commercial registry secretariats in the governorates and link with public authorities.
Regarding the distribution of these companies in the governorates, Shehadeh indicated that the joint liability companies were distributed in Damascus 7, the Damascus countryside 100, Aleppo 66, Homs 17, Hama 53, Latakia 141, Tartous 23, Hasaka 12, Deir Ezzor 2, Daraa 12, Sweida 13, Hasya 15, Sheikh Najjar 15, and Quneitra 2 As for the partnership companies, they were distributed in Damascus 4 And in the countryside of Damascus 17, in Aleppo 12, Homs 8, Hama 13, Latakia 10, Tartous 6, Deir Ezzor 1, Daraa 5, As-Suwayda 6, and Sheikh Najjar 1.
