In July, they were on average 0.87% over 15 years (although up slightly from the second quarter average), 0.98% over 20 years and 1.18% over 25 years.

An increasing average duration

At the end of July, the average loan term stood at 236 months, or a little over 19 and a half years, remaining at "

a level rarely observed

". It has increased by 7 months since December. "
