Raw material shortages penalize German industry

“Supply difficulties obviously linked to the disorganization of delivery chains caused by the pandemic. The extraction of cobalt and nickel suffered, for example, from the harshness of the confinements in South America ”,

adds Matthias Diermeier, from the German Economic Institute (IW).
