Michael Luboszcz, CEO of the Pavilion Wines Group, is retiring after leading the company for sale to Electra Consumer Products and leading chain recovery processes.
Luboszic entered the network in March 2020, at the outbreak of the corona crisis and a challenging period of the network.
Luboszcz led a turning point that included closing the marlog, reducing losses, adjusting staff at headquarters and branches, adjusting profitability to the chain's expenses, rebranding all the group's brands that included replacing logos, brand language and advertisements and renovating branches.
Establishment of new formats, Mega Market and Pavilion Market, establishment of another online site Mega Online.
All of these processes have led to streamlining the group, significant profitability and its sale last June to Electra Consumer Products.
Luboszic will retire at the end of the year and become a consultant to the retail arm of Electra Consumer Products, Pavilion Wines and the establishment of Saban Elban in Israel.
Luboszyk also owns two percent of the shares in the Bitan Wines Group.
