In less than 72 hours, more than 85,000 Zero Rate credits were approved
.
This was confirmed by the AFIP, which indicated that through its website it received, processed and approved requests from small taxpayers.
The procedures were initiated in the first three days of the tool
designed to underpin the recovery and accompany small taxpayers.
Credits for up to $ 150,000
will be credited by the selected banking entities in a single disbursement
on a credit card of each monotributista.
The beneficiaries will have a 6-month grace period and the return will be made in 12 installments without interest.
Below one by one, the 9 keys that must be taken into account when applying for these loans.
Who can get them, who is left out.
Up to how much they can ask, and what it depends on, are some of the most frequent questions that monotributistas ask themselves before requesting this loan.
Who can process the 0% Rate Credits
More than 1.5 million monotributistas can request Zero Rate Credits.
The conditions for accessing the credits are the same as last year,
but
the billing parameters
to be considered
were modified
to expand the universe of beneficiaries.
"Unlike 2020 when only those who registered a turnover below the floor of their category entered, now less restrictive limits have been set," reports the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP).
In this sense,
those who have billed up to 20% more than the floor in their category
can process a Zero Rate Credit
.
With the new parameters, those who had falls (2020) are included and the universe is expanded to those who increased their turnover by 20% (2021).
The regulations thus
allow 6 out of 10 “pure” monotax payers
(those who
have no other source of income
due to being in a dependency relationship or due to retirement) to
be authorized
to initiate the procedures.
As the year happened,
in those cases that the taxpayer does not meet the conditions
set forth in the regulations,
the system informs them of the reasons
why they are not entitled to access.
The amounts that can be accessed depend on the category to which it belongs.
What is the amount of the credits
The amount of the credit will be fixed and
will depend on the category
in which each monotributista is found.
Category A
: $ 90,000
Category B
: $ 120,000
Rest of the Categories
: $ 150,000
The minimum amount that can be requested based on these loans is $ 10,000.
And the funds will be credited to a credit card and in a single disbursement.
Until when can the credits be processed
The AFIP web service
will be enabled until December 31, 2021
.
And the procedures before the banking entities chosen to request the credit may be finalized until January 20, 2022.
How the credit is processed
The process begins through
the AFIP website with a tax code and clicking on the "Zero Rate Credit" tab
.
Upon entering the service, people will be able to see the amount of credit that corresponds to them according to their category and
must select the financial entity where their credit card is issued to complete the process.
Once the process is completed, each monotax borrower must contact the selected bank within
a period of no less than 24 hours
.
Some banks have well-oiled mechanisms to grant credits virtually and others require that the monotributista appear at a branch.
Where the funds are credited
The funds will be credited to a credit card in a single disbursement.
Those who do not have a credit card must select the bank with which they usually operate
to continue with the processing.
Last year more than 249,000 cards were issued to monotributistas who requested Zero Rate Credits.
How many installments do monotributistas have to pay the credits
Zero Rate Credits will
have a grace period of 6 months
from disbursement before starting to pay.
The repayment will be made in 12 installments without interest
.
The quotas will be consecutive and identical.
What is the category of the monotax that is taken into account when determining the amount of the credit
The monotax category that will be taken into account to determine the maximum amount of the Zero Rate Credit
will be the one in force as of June 30.
Can monotributistas who accessed the benefit in 2020 reapply for a Zero Rate Credits?
Yes, those monotributistas who accessed a Zero Rate Credit in 2020 can reapply.
When the applicant is in default, the financial institution will allocate a part of the new loan to pay off the balance owed on the previous loan.
Who will not be able to request a Zero Rate Credit
In addition to the billing criteria, the regulations establish that in order to access a credit, monotributistas must meet the following requirements:
Not providing services in the national, provincial or municipal public sector.
They are considered to provide services in those sectors when at least 70% of their billing has been issued in favor of jurisdictions or entities of the public sector.
Not receiving income due to being in a dependency relationship or due to retirement.
Not be in a 3, 4, 5 or 6 credit situation reported by the BCRA.
