The General Company for Metallurgical Industries Barada has announced a new price list for its 7 and 8 kg digital washing machines, of white and silver colours.
The company indicated in the price list that the selling price of a 7 kg digital white washing machine is 1,215 million Syrian pounds for the distributor and 1,300 million pounds for the consumer, and the silver digital 7 kilo washing machine is 1,262 million Syrian pounds for the distributor and 1,350 million pounds for the consumer.
According to the regulation, the selling price of an 8-kilo automatic silver washing machine is 1,309 million pounds for the distributor and 1,400 million pounds for the consumer, and the digital silver washing machine 8 kilos 1,355 million pounds for the distributor and 1,450 million pounds for the consumer.
The company’s general manager, Ali Abbas, explained in a statement to SANA’s representative that the price adjustment of washing machines is due to the high prices of production inputs, stressing that the new prices are still less than the prices of their counterparts in the local market by more than 20%, noting that after-sales services are still available in the company. Including warranty and spare parts availability.
Eng. Abbas revealed that Barada Company will launch, during the next week, new models of refrigerators and fans in the market, emphasizing the ability of these products to compete in terms of quality and prices, while preserving its ancient name, which constitutes a source of confidence for citizens throughout the life of the company.
