“There are sectors that we have given massive help in the crisis and which today tell us: we are not able to recruit.

Well, they have to ask themselves the question of why they can't recruit, ”she said.

And to add: "I am waiting for them to put proposals on the table".

"Business constraints"

In particular, she invited “all companies whose margins allow it to seize” the purchasing power premium, known as the “Macron premium” which makes it possible to pay up to 2,000 euros tax-exempt per employee.

"But I also think that we have sectoral subjects", she added, with "sectors in which the working conditions, the remuneration are not up to the constraints of the trades", citing in particular the " hotels, cafes, restaurants ”, which“ must be called into question.

"

Also questioned on France Inter earlier in the morning, the leader of the CFDT, Laurent Berger, had pointed out "a responsibility of the State" and estimated that it was necessary "to condition aid to companies" to the opening of "negotiations of branches in all sectors ”on remuneration and working conditions.
