Detergent manufacturing companies compete in the Made in Syria Festival, summer 2021, in the old exhibition city in Damascus, by offering many offers, discounts and discounts in order to attract customers and increase the value of sales.
The offers range from assortment of one basket of detergents that includes dishwashing liquid, chlorine, flash and floor freshener, to shampoo of all kinds, by selling two pieces at a special price, or offering an increase in weight for washing powders, or adding a dishwashing liquid or bleach to powder containers, or offering a set of soap bars at a special price to reach the proportions of these Discounts up to 30% from market prices.
During a tour of SANA’s economic delegates on the pavilions participating in the exhibition, the sales official in one of the detergent companies, Muhammad Suleiman Al-Hamwi, explained that participation in the festival is important to us and the consumer by offering discounts and discounts ranging between 10 and 30 percent, which contribute to increasing our sales and introducing our products.
For his part, Mohamed Haider, the marketing officer in one of the companies, believes that the festival provides a wide range of products at prices lower than market prices through various discounts and offers.
Some companies offer free gifts with each purchase offer for specific products, as indicated by Firas Dak Al-Bab, Yassin Al-Asheq and Abdul Malik Ghamid - representatives of companies participating in the exhibition - in addition to large discounts such as selling at wholesale prices or at a price close to cost or increasing the discount rate when buying large quantities.
The offerings offered by the companies include tissues, detergents, soaps, shampoos and other cleaning supplies.
It is worth noting that the Festival Made in Syria Summer 2021, which is held by the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside, was officially launched on the 28th of last August under the name of the Family Market initiative and will continue until the 25th of this month, with the participation of about 20 industrial companies specialized in the food, chemical, textile and engineering industries, in addition to a pavilion Special for stationery and school supplies, with a large area for children's games, which constitutes a destination for shopping and entertainment.
