While in government and in the front of all the debate over whether or not there fiscal adjustment, to August 31, the administration of Alberto Fernández
authorized to
spend only $ 65,938,000 of the $ 191,250 million raised from the wealth tax
that entered in the account of the National Public Administration.
It represents 34.5% of the total,
according to the Budget Office of the National Congress (OPC).
By the Budget law, the collection of the Solidarity and Extraordinary Contribution must be allocated:
20%
to the purchase and / or manufacture of medical equipment, protection elements, medicines, vaccines and all other critical input for prevention and health care.
Another 20% to subsidies to micro, small and medium enterprises
with the main objective of sustaining the employment and remuneration of their workers (Repro).
20%
to the comprehensive program of Progresar scholarships, of student scholarships.
25% to
natural gas exploration, development and production
programs and projects
, through Integración Energética Argentina SA
15% for the Socio-Urban Integration Fund
for the improvement of health and housing conditions of the inhabitants of popular neighborhoods.
Of the total tax collection ($ 225,000 million),
$ 191,250 million were incorporated into the
National Budget.
And the other $ 33,750 million correspond to the Socio-Urban Integration Fund, which is administered extra-budgetary.
Of the $ 191,250 million, the authorization for the use of the budget credit was as follows:

Medical equipment and drugs
: of the $ 45,000 assigned, $ 39,438 million were accrued.

Subsidies to SMEs and Repro
: 58.5% ($ 26,500 million) was allocated
3.
Progresar Scholarships
: of the $ 45,000 million, accrual of 0.

Energy Projects
: of the $ 56,250 million, accrual of 0.
Of $ 39,438 million for health expenses,
$ 38,678 million were for "acquisition and transfer of vaccines by Covid",
with an execution of 93.3%.
The $ 92 million for Hospital Favaloro fulfilled 100% of what was authorized.
To the Posadas Hospital, of the $ 224 million loan, 19.1% ($ 53 million) was fulfilled.
For sanatorium and laboratory equipment ($ 801 million), the credit is $ 496 million, equivalent to 62%.
To the National Administration of Laboratories and Institutes of Health “Dr.
Carlos G. Malbrán ”(ANLIS), of the $ 217 million loan, the authorized expense was $ 118 million (54.6%).
