The National Assembly broadly adopted at first reading Tuesday the first part of the 2022 draft budget, which notably includes the "
tariff shield
" promised by the government to contain the rise in electricity and gas prices.
The deputies voted by 349 votes for, those of the majority alone, 205 votes against and 5 abstentions this section devoted to the receipts, which is criticized by the oppositions as "
electoralist
".
The second part of the spending budget will be discussed from Monday in the hemicycle, and complemented in particular by the France 2030 investment plan recently presented by Emmanuel Macron.
