The Turkish lira fell to its lowest level against the dollar today, as the price of the dollar reached 9.85 liras.
Reuters reported that the lira recorded in the latest transactions 9,7150, and it was in a range between 9,7225 and 9,7600.
Fatih Yasli, a Turkish economic and political expert, confirmed yesterday that the continued decline of the Turkish lira against foreign currencies raises the rate of investment risks for several reasons, including the President of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, creating a diplomatic crisis by expelling the ambassadors of ten countries.
The deterioration of the Turkish currency continues due to the deteriorating political and economic conditions in the country as a result of Erdogan's policies and repressive measures, which led to a decline in tourism and investments and a decrease in the country's foreign exchange earnings.
