In particular, the imposition of a balanced representation of women and men in the executive committees and codirs of companies with more than 1000 employees.
Why?
It's not just to make the photo look pretty.
A survey by the High Council for Equality in 2019 indicated that there were barely 19% of women managers in SBF 120 companies.
