This time, it is the Breton cooperative Eureden (3.2 billion euros in turnover), resulting from the merger in 2019 of the cooperatives Triskalia (Paysan Breton, Magasin Vert) and Aucy, which takes over on the Franche-Comté specialist in charcuterie André Bazin.
