Air Austral, which has struggled with financial difficulties for many months, is in desperate need of new money.
According to the magazine
Eco Austral
, the company lost 76 million euros between April 2020 and March 2021. During the fiscal year ended in March 2021, this specialist in Reunion Island saw its turnover plunge by 55%, to 185 million euros.
