In one of the memorable scenes from the movie "Jerry Maguire" Renee Zellwanger listens to Tom Cruise, describes how he proposed marriage to his girlfriend. The flight attendant, who notices a passenger in the economy class and listens to a conversation emanating from the seats of the "business", slams the curtain angrily in her face, and Zwalwer sadly states, in the ears of the passenger next to her: "Once it was just food, now it's a better life."

Apparently, the same can be said for the high-tech industry: for a long time it was not just about wages, but the range of conditions offered by the workplace and the envelope it provides, not only in money or worth money, but also in counseling, services and more, for working families.

A new study conducted by Dun & Bradstreet reveals which high-tech companies are the best to work for parents.

In building the list of high-tech companies that work best for parents, the benefits that the companies provide to parents were examined, while maintaining work life balance.

Benefits include: a babysitter funded by companies for employees, summer camps for parents' children, paid parental leave, adoption grants and more.
