What to do

: Deep Instinct has developed deep learning technology to detect, prevent and analyze real-time cyber attacks at all organizational weaknesses, from the endpoint, through the cloud to the enterprise network. The use of deep learning, which mimics the thinking and learning of the human brain, makes it possible to identify new and unrecognized cyber threats instinctively and identify them even before they penetrate the corporate network or end devices.

Coffee break:

Small kitchenettes are scattered on each floor, but to the main kitchen, decorated in gray and wood, with macrame lampshades in gray, brown and mustard, comes breakfast from Ruthie Brodo's Delicatessen.

On the gray marble is a bowl with flavors, kinder, time-out, click, tortilla and good taste, cookies in individual packaging, three types of cornflakes, almond mix, walnuts.

On the island in the center is a large fruit bowl and there is also a tap with cold, hot water, soda and beer.

A coffee machine stands not far from breads, crisps, tahini, honey, oatmeal for quick preparation, vitaminchik, lemonade, chocolate, and anyone who wants to make toast can.

CV

: Roy did a bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics in high school, enlisted in the Ministry of Defense and from there moved to 8200. While in the army he studied for a master's degree in mathematics and devoted his research to theoretical aspects of artificial intelligence. After two years of regular service he was discharged, finished his assignments at the university and then received inquiries from placement companies and companies, one of which was Deep Instinct.

"The algorithm interested me," he admits with a smile, "machines do not learn in my heart, but my team's goal is to use artificial intelligence into cyber defense. The threats as they approach us. "

Meir is certainly not the explained hitchhiker. He is ultra-Orthodox, with a beard and a skullcap, and his accent is heavy. He was born in Odessa, once a bustling Jewish center, to a family that lived in the ghettos and remained in Ukraine after the war. He was completely secular, studied mathematics and computer science at university and started working for a small high-tech company that dealt in graphics. After three years he started visiting Chabad classes and got stronger.

"I was ashamed to put the dome on my head," he says, "because everyone knew me as someone completely different and eventually I overcame it, grew a beard and they got used to me. After ten years in the company, my brother, who works as a software developer, immigrated to Israel and repented, I decided to immigrate to Israel six months later, with two children, without Hebrew and without a job. We arrived in Rishon Lezion, sent a resume and was accepted to Iron Source.

"For ten years I worked in 3D graphics software in Ukraine and people would collect our software because they liked it. At Iron Source I developed software for products that people liked less and it bothered me, so I looked for something else and came here, where I feel my work is needed. "Here for everything.

If there is a party or Happy Hour, they ask what kosher I want and invite especially for me. I respect the Sabbaths and holidays and if I need time off in the sand of time, there is no problem."

Bar completed a "Cyber Shield" course in the ICT Corps and for three years served in the Navy's ICT Center, in protecting vessels and preventing cyber threats. "I was released and after two months, just before the Corona, I came here. I loved the atmosphere, the people, and I felt it was a good place to be. In the evenings I study computer science at the College of Management."

For the soul

: When Meir has some time, after work and the children, he learns something in the Torah world. Roi died on hiking and trekking and in Corona he settled for the Golan Heights and the bar has no life because of work and school, but she fantasizes about days when she can go back to cooking and baking.

Corona

: Meir says that even before the closures, the company recommended starting work from home and then the company took care of equipping the home office.

"When there were no closures, it was easy to work remotely, but when all the children were at home, and everyone had to take care of the computer, and make sure they were studying, it was not easy, but the effectiveness of the work did not decrease. On the contrary. "At the beginning of the big holiday, the children's games came home, with a diary in which it was marked on which day to play which game, and they did Pilates classes in Zoom and my wife joined."

"We did the Happy Air from a distance," Bar recalls, "they sent us a candle-making kit that we all did together, there was an alcohol workshop, stand-up shows and the Chaser did a quiz for us. When possible we met at Yarkon Park in capsules and learned to take pictures."

What to wear

: Perry Style, except for a malignant who takes care of the tailored outfit of his community.

Where do you work from

: When he works from home, Meir finds it difficult to separate work from life and it often happens that he is sucked into doing things and finds himself 12 hours at the computer.

It is easier for Roi to concentrate at home, so when he needs time to think he prefers to work from there, and if there is a need for a brainstorm, he can come to the office every day.

Bar comes to the office for three days to meet with her staff.

Added value

: The launch of the offices was physically celebrated. The office is adorned with clouds, there was crazy food, good music. Every year there is a major event invested, and there is nothing about the crazy gym that an external company operates through an app and it also provides personal training.

Roy, who tries to keep fit and fit, comes to work out before work and then drinks any smoothie he feels like, protein, vegan or gluten free. If he and others like it, they can join yoga classes, meditation, Pilates and functional training, and take a good shower afterwards. Besides, they are constantly pampered with karyotush, malabi, ice cream and pizzas.

The employee welfare department does not believe in generic gifts for everyone, but sews each employee the package of choppers that suits him and conducts research to learn what he likes. If an employee who gives above and beyond is a carnivore, he will be provided with fine BBQ equipment, sauces and quality meat that will reach as far as his kitchen.

Duck

: Appeared on billboards across the country, when they launched a recruitment campaign and generated insane interest.

The duck is identified with high-tech and is part of several graphic elements, such as a worm, a monster and a mosquito, that characterize the coolness on the verge of the strangeness that Deep Instinct conveys.

So their duck has a necklace with a "Deep" pendant.

A friend brings a friend

: Anyone who manages to bring in an employee who is absorbed in Deep Instinct receives NIS 8,000 and for a "hot job" he will also receive a flight ticket. There were some who flew to England or won a double flight to all-inclusive Greece. An email was recently distributed, that in addition to money and flights, you can choose an association and the company will donate a respectable amount of money to it.

Wages

: "Every company gives employees what they deserve," says Bar. "There is an options program here for those who have more than a year of experience. Beyond that there are the fun people and treats around."

Meyer has no idea what others get and has no interest now to check that he died on the attitude of the board and the fact that founder and CEO spinning them like one person.

Roy satisfied entirely of his salary and even more pleased that limit it professionally. "It has" "M for work, but if I believe in something or want to achieve some goal, they will support me and give me the time to work on it."

What's next

: Roy is new to the company, so he has no further.

He's here.

Meir strives to develop.

Just two weeks ago he was appointed team leader and he needs to recruit at least one more employee, and Bar sees herself wanting to grow with the company because she feels she has a lot more to learn.
