Part-time work for employees at the end of their career
On the other hand, Orange offers employees at the end of their career a
"new part-time system from January 1, 2022 and until January 1, 2023"
. Based on voluntary service, this measure
"allows eligible employees to arrange their working time over a period of 18 to 60 months prior to their retirement"

For mid-career employees, it is proposed to be able
to "take a break in their activity for a period of 3 to 12 months"
by enrolling, for example, in a university cycle or a training course unrelated to their professional activity, in getting involved in associations, projects in start-ups or SMEs, or by providing training.
