No sector or type of business is particularly targeted.
The only example cited by the Minister was the case of an agri-food SME where out of “
32 employees, 14 had been contaminated
”.
Role of trade unions
The inspection will not be the only one to monitor the proper application of the sanitary protocol in the company, the institution also relies on the monitoring of union teams, who can play the role of whistleblower.
