Tartous-Sana
The Tartous branch in Syria for Trade markets quantities of vegetables and citrus directly from farmers, in cooperation with the Production Cooperative Association, according to the memorandum of understanding signed between the branch and the association under the auspices of the Syrian Trust for Development.
Today, the marketed quantities amounted to 10 tons of various vegetables and 18 tons of citrus fruits of various kinds, as they were purchased directly from 7 farmers.
The Syrian Trade works in cooperation and daily coordination with the association to supply its branches throughout the Syrian geography with fresh vegetables. It also works to enter the farms to extract the largest possible quantity of citrus fruits at a cost price away from mediation circles to serve the citizen and farms together.
